Thangka -- Cloisonne Thangka from Tibet
  Cloisonne Thangka
Cloisonne Thangka, a new invention of traditional Tibetan Thangka, retains the traditional Thangka artistic style with full of fused Tibetan and Chinese culture characteristics. Cloisonne Thangka borrows silk filigree and enamel-filling from cloisonne, combining the traditional measures of Thangka and coloring rules. It uses fire retardant plates as media to assist the soldering of filigrees into varietal patterns with high temperature treatment for enamel filling of the glaze. The final touch of polishing adds refinement to the finished product with a crystal clear picture look with bright textures shining with magnificent elegance and grandeur. After Thangka is stereotyped, its pattern will never have discoloration, deformation, and degeneration, good for long-term preservation and collection.
