The third is that many fruits themselves are easy to be oxgendized and become rotten, so eating fruits first can shorten its time to stay in stomach, reduce its oxgendization and corrosion grade and cutdown any bad influence to body. Additionally, don't eat any fruit before sleep at night, or stomach and intestines shall bring influence to your sleep.
