| China National Tourism Administration Issues Alert on Visiting Mexico |

As the Mexican government has declared public health emergency across the country on April 26th 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) proclaimed Mexico as "the hardest hit area" by the swine flu in the next day. The China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) orders travel agencies stop the business of organized travel to Mexico and suggests the Chinese citizens delay their trips there in the near future. The CNTA also correspondingly gives health tips for the near future travels: 1. If the tourists from the human swine flu epidemic areas find themselves catching flu-like symptoms, they should actively make an oral report to the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Institution when entering China. 2. The tourists setting off to the areas hit by the human swine flu can refer to the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Institution and its subordinate International Travel Health Care Center to know the epidemic status in such areas. 3. The tourists must seriously comply with relevant regulations and not bring prohibited goods from the human swine flu epidemic areas. 4. The tourism reception units who receive the domestic and overseas tourists from the epidemic areas should be closely care about their bodily conditions and promptly help them contact with correlative departments to get treatment when they appears flu-like symptoms. 5. Please pay continuous attention to the new notices issued by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Health for the further information on swine flu.
