Located in southwest of An Shun City in Guizhou Province, the Huangguoshu Scenic Spot includes more than ten aboveground and underground falls of different features. Among them Huangguoshu Waterfall is most famous.

Huangguoshu Waterfall, the biggest one in China and one of the famous ones in the world, is about two hundred and thirty feet long and two hundred and sixty six feet wide. Its water rushes down to a pond named Xiniu Pond (Xiniu Tan) with thunderous roars which can be heard in five kilometers away. During the flood season, the water rolls down to Xiniu Tan like ten thousand horses galloping and shakes the ground and the hill. The breakers send up a fountain of spray adding more mystiques to this place. All these will make you profoundly affected.
