In autumn, most women may feel upset, find their skin dry and suffer dramatic fluctuation in blood pressure. Actually, this is the perfect period for women to take care of their health. Those who are physically weak may take some dietary measures to improve their health.
It's dry in autumn.The temperature is falling down gradually. Human body is going through such phenomena as less sweat, dry throat, bitter taste, wrinkles, astriction,trichomadesis,easy to get tired, which is the case especially for women. It's better to take more food which can remove heat, ease thirst and soothe the nerves, such as sesame,honey,white fungus,dairy product,vegetable, fruit,etc.
