The former chateau of Soong Qingling located along the back of Haibei, reopened after two years' renovation with a new heritage warehouse 4000 square meters in total area and 1.6 times enlarged exhibition hall.

The new heritage warehouse has upper and lower levels, as the exhibition hall on the ground floor opening to the public, the lower level for the preservation of heritage. In the new exhibition hall, facing the entrance is a portrait of Song Qingling and Sun Yat-sen. It is reported that about half of the artifacts on display are the first time, including a hat worn by Sun Yat-sen in Tianjin to keep out the cold when travelling north in 1924 and copper Turquoise, and etc. left to Soong Qingling by her grandmother.
